Help confining some small ants.

I've got a Tarheel Talus, which I have my colony of Crematogaster in. They are very small, and I think the lid on the Talus is just off-shape enough that the tiny workers can slip under some areas of the lid and get out.

They seem to be able to get over some sections of the Fluon I applied as well, so I was going to try to re-apply it. Can I do that with the ants inside such a small container? Should I be worried about any fumes or anything as the Fluon dries?

And does anyone have any ideas about how to seal the lid when I close it? I was thinking of getting something like blutack or something like that, layering it around the upper edge of the formicarium, and then mashing the lid down to ensure there is a good seal all around the edge. I don't *think* the little Crematogasters could chew through that, but I don't know. Does anyone else have any other good ideas?
