Never manually move brood. let your queen do it. She is probably stressed so put her in a dark quiet place and don't look at her for 3 weeks.

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

I mean never move the eggs with something like a toothpick or anything like that. You can move the test tube, but it sounds like she is already in a dark quiet place.

Okay. Thanks! I don't move the eggs with toothpick. I just turn the test tube over and the eggs fall into to the original place! Thanks for the help! You are very helpful!! :) :) :)
