Large Larvae

I have two formica fusca queen ant they both laid eggs but stopped they both only have 5 or 6 egg that are pupae already but stopped laying eggs why ?

There probably waiting for their first workers to emerge and then they'll either start laying again or go into hibernation.

My queen did this, she laid 11 eggs, all of them hatched. She ate most of them thanks to my roommate... She hasn't laid anything since, idk why this is but I believe she will begin laying again once the pupae hatch.
I keep feeling like I should say 'Wake Up' instead of 'Hatch'.
