Hey guys. The link below has an image of what I believe is a queen ant but I would very much like a more experienced opinion from you guys as this is my first ever catch.

Research is important before during and even after you have established a colony. There is always time to learn and to listen to others experiences. Live by this and your ants will thrive. Fail to do so and your experience may be brief.

Whlie the pic is fuzzy, the general shape looks like a queen.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Keeping Tetramorium immigrans, Tapinoma Sessile

Wow I forgot about this if I am honest. She was a queen, has pupae now and workers should be here any day now. Also have a single M. Rubra queen who has eggs 😁
