Ant cams?

Was wondering if cameras are good to use to not disturb the queen and keep updates on how shes doing. I currently have a camera with a night mode and no lights on it but dont know if they can see the light it uses for it.
The queen I have now is constantly biting at the test tube plug and dont know what I can do about it or if somethings wrong. My other queens in the past dont seem to mind the cam and lay eggs fine but this queen seems to be focused on escaping.

Well if it doesn't emit any light then it shouldn't be a problem, but where is the camera located? The queen may be biting at the plug because she wants to get out, this could be because she's either a semi-claustral queen or a parasitic one, or she just doesn't like the space she's in.
