Help! My queen has abandoned eggs!

I hade to move my queen into a new test tube due to water depletion. So i used the Ants Australia technique and move them in by connecting the test tubes and used a magazine to cover one test tube while exposing the other one to light. This morning i checked up on her and she had successfully moved in. Only that she left about 1/3 — 1/4 of her eggs behind. Should i be worried or is she just not finished moving yet? Should i wait or should i attempt to get all her eggs with a q-tip or a stick and dump them into the new test tube? Or should i turn off the light now? Or should i keep the light on? Ive never moved ants into a new test tube before and REALLY need you assistance and advice. Please help! I definitely don't want her to lose about one-third of her eggs!

Thanks for any reply!
Peace Out!

You should not worry she will be back for them.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
