Mini ant farm question

Hi, I hope this is the right place to ask, I'm very sorry If it isn't, but I wanted to ask if this little ant farm has an OK design/good ventilation.

I caught some very small ants and a couple of their queens (I think they're theif ants/, so same as pharaoh ant size I believe?)
If the linked item isn't good, then could anyone tell me of any that are? I definitely don't want them to escape because they're so tiny, nothing I have will work for them.

I personally will never keep thief ants or pharaoh ants because they will almost always escape, they mite even be able to escape that nest. If I where you I would catch a different species. Camponotus will be very good for you.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
