Can rubbing alcohol be replaced with vodka?

It is very hard for me to find rubbing alcohol in my country and I was wondering if it is possible to replace it with vodka?
Vodka + baby powder?

I wouldn't try it, since it would probably result in a relatively thick baby powder barrier. I would actually suggest using pure baby powder applied with a dry *** SPAM ***, so the barrier is thinner and thus more slippery. But to answer your question, yes, and vodka would probably work a bit better than rubbing alcohol, you just have to get the proportions correct.

I tried olive oil and it worked.
I have my both eyes on the terrarium in case they find their way out.
In case it doesn't, I will try vodka.

You want to use vodka..... Dude??? If not possibly resulting is a wild party of drunk ants. The smell!!!! If you ever check on your ants with a very bad hangover. I advise you keep a bucket handy
