HELP again

Yeah I tried to do what the video said and I left the queens for about 10 hours and they never moved out of their testube, they have barely any water left and I need to move them, the queens have workers and eggs so I don't know what to do please help

I had this issues, all you can do is leave them and wait to realise there is a better place to nest with more moisture. If you have a lamp you can put almost against the back of the old test tube that can give them a little extra nudge. But like it says in the videos, if could take a few minute or it can take days.
Research is important before during and even after you have established a colony. There is always time to learn and to listen to others experiences. Live by this and your ants will thrive. Fail to do so and your experience may be brief.
