We are going to need pics to help you
Proverbs 6:6-8
Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

Bad pics are better than no pics.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

i would guess the test tube is partially flooded and you ants are either dead or just not moving because it is hard to when they are stuck on the tube.
