I need your guys' help I am the proud owner of two Camponotus subbertus colonies and I'm worried about one there is this one queen who is hiding here eggs, looks weak, and won't accept any food she just doesn't look good and I'm worried that she won't make it to raise her colony. While the other has her larvae out in the open and is healthy and accepting honey please tell me if something is wrong and what to do. There are no mites and they have a large supply of water.

I’m guessing you check on her too often, something I am also guilty of. They require solitude when they are founding. Otherwise, no idea.

Campinotus ants are very susceptible to stress. Quit checking on them .( no peeking even) Leave em be and come back in 3 weeks. By then you may have your first workers. Also campinotus is fully claustral and does not need food until their first workers arrive. Feeding them stresses them out and encourages mold outbreaks.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
