Or… well, if it is polygynos this is normal(Believe me I have done expierments with Invicta), but if it is a monogynos species, they are tearing her apart(Happend once to a wild trap jaw ant queen I found… she was being torn apart)

true. Once when merging colonies tore her apart but the other queen was just fine. sometimes ants have very... biased opinions
