I have a hybrid 2.0 and the caps, the end pieces that have tiny holes in them, can fall out of the nest. How do I stop this?

Never seen this. The plugs fit snugly into the Hybrid entry/exit holes on all Hybrids I have tested. Which Hybrid Nest do you have?

Is it the old-style 3D printed Hybrid?

I don't have any experience with that particular nest, but I might have a quick solution. You could apply some very thin tape to the plugs like the stuff plumbers use to make sure fittings are snug and watertight.
