If you are going to relocate her when her colony is small, then she will get stressed and the bottle is good for a very large colony so u should not need to relocate her until you see that they have no space for the outer world. When this happens, you do not need to expose them to light, they will use the other bottle anyway.

Order some test tubes online and transfer her to it. It really is going to be the easiest and the safest in the long run.
