i recently found 3 queen ants and need help identifying them. If some one can help me with this i would greatly appreciate it.

Sorry, but your pictures are not clear enough to tell.

The second and third picture look very similar to Tetramorium queens. The segmented thorax rules them out as any Formica or Camponotus species. Likewise, they don't have the physical characteristics of Lasius queens. Their gasters are alsk too large to be any Myrmica variant I've seen. Given that you're in Maryland, and the queens look somewhat similar to the wild Tetramorium alates in Illinois and Mikey's former queen Tetramorium from when he still lived in Canada, I'd place my bet on these being Tetramorium queens.

They also look eerily similar to Mikey's fire ant queen...

I'm not sure if invasive fireants live in your region, but if they do, you may have a problem on your hands soon because they grow like wildfire based on Mikey's Fire Nation.

yeah from looking at the 3rd pic, looks like a fire ant Spp. The rounded gaster, size, and square head sort of give it away but otherwise it may be tetramorium

Its funny how you can find 3 queen ants and a can't find one in a yard full of native ant colonies.

hmm. It may be camponotus. The images are too distant too tell but they do not look like Solonopsis Geminata like AC's queens. Tetramorium/ pavement ants may be a possibility. Then again, it's unclear.

Depends on user. If it was SYTEAO or however you spell it, or Antsluxumbourg, it probably would as they are active.
