The second and third picture look very similar to Tetramorium queens. The segmented thorax rules them out as any Formica or Camponotus species. Likewise, they don't have the physical characteristics of Lasius queens. Their gasters are alsk too large to be any Myrmica variant I've seen. Given that you're in Maryland, and the queens look somewhat similar to the wild Tetramorium alates in Illinois and Mikey's former queen Tetramorium from when he still lived in Canada, I'd place my bet on these being Tetramorium queens.
They also look eerily similar to Mikey's fire ant queen...
I'm not sure if invasive fireants live in your region, but if they do, you may have a problem on your hands soon because they grow like wildfire based on Mikey's Fire Nation.
