Queen ant not ready?

Hello guys,
This is my first post and my first queen. I just caught a queen, bit she still has wings. I know that doesn't mean that she hasn't had her nuptial flight, but she seems too much agitated (more then I've seen on the videos) and she even tried to fly a little.
She's not so big, but I think its a queen because of the wings and the bigger torax (I forgot the specific name).
Right now she's in a test tube.
What should I do? Should I release her? Or Should I keep her for a few days to see if something happens?
