Hey i posted this a while ago but I kept getting mixed answers so I will try again. I found this queen on a beach in Virginia. It has been over a month since I caught her but she hasn't seemed to laid any eggs. Thanks! :D

I would say Lasius Neoniger. I have a colony of them, and she wont lay eggs till after hiberantion.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
