First Queen Questions

Hello everyone.
I recently caught what I believe to be a queen in my backyard.

I was wondering what the consensus is on the proper temperature for the test tube setup.
It is consistently around 70F° in my house.
Aside from this, any helpful care advice would be greatly appreciated as this is my first attempt at a colony.
