Recently i found some of Camponotus Irritans workers moving around my house, took 1 of the worker Irritans and wanted to intro to my existing colony but end up killing each other. Is there anyway to intro the stray worker ants to my existing colony?
haven't try cooling them down for 2 min in fridge before but if i put the stray worker to the fridge, should I put my existing Irritans colony in as well? (To reduce the chances of killing each other) But I think it will kill the egg and pupae if they are exposed to fridge temperature.. Any advice?

NO! Don't MIX!!!! !!!!!!! Never introduce a worker ant that did not originate from the colony! You can introduce eggs, larvae, and pupa from another colony! But it is extremely risky!
