New Zealand Nuptial Flights

Hi everyone.
This is a question for the kiwis out there.
I noticed that people were saying that they were catching queens. How do I find one? I am pretty new to the hobby so I don't know much about finding queens.
Can you guys help? I haven't ever seen the ants flying not to mention find a queen.
I live in Auckland, any suggestions on the best place to go and also when the flights here are?
