Max Temperature for Camponotus CA02?

Someone told me that the hotter the better for carpenter ants, they even said keeping it at 85F or more.
I have mines located in a 11x4x4 rectangular container, nest test tube in it.
I want to increase the temperature to speed up their activity and how fast they hatch.
So what max safe temperature can I have them?
She's still in her test tube with her 6 nanitic worker ants.

Nest Temperature?
and Outworld temperature?

Though at the moment, I think if I heat the outworld temperature to 85, it's gonna be 85F in the nest area too as the areas are too close/small to make that gradient I think.

Can someone also help me with this here? Those are the other questions I have

I would just leave the outworld the way it is. Just use this heating cable and it will help: https://www.AntsCanada.com/shop/heat-cable-15-watt/ The cable gets up to 105 degrees F. but it won't be that hot in the nest.

They will be just as active in the out world with heat as without out heat as long as it's over 70 F. in your house.

Alright so from what I've found, most guides are saying Nest temperature of 20-25C (68-77F) is good. Outworld temperature 20-28C (68-82F).

99% of the people say don't go over 80F in the nest, especially if they're not a desert species.

HOWEVER, I got one buddy that threw a wrench into it a bit as he said that after introducing his queen (same species Camponotus CA02) to a Formicarium and giving it a heat gradient, his queen actually CHOSE to have its brood over an area that's 85F. He just started that a few weeks ago and noticed a lot of productivity though only time will tell on how successful it stays at 85F.

I kinda argued a bit and said maybe she chose that spot because she felt like it was the most secure even though it was a tad hot? But yeah, so far it's working for him. I plan to do the same once my formicarium arrives (create that 85F zone and a gradient)
