Wat species do you have? Camponotus takes over 2 months, and so can Lasius.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.

Well, if its cold the eggs will not hatch. I think Camponotus can take "a long time" because they hatch and turn into larvae but people dont realize lol. Typically Camponotus eggs take8-30 days depending on conditions and species

What species are they? It depends on species, Odontomachus eggs take 1 month to hatch while Pheidole parva take only 1 week to hatch.

Edit: Looking from your old posts, it seems that your queen is Polyrhachis illudata or Polyrhachis beccarii, Polyrhachis are semi claustral so you'll have to feed them, their eggs take 1 month or longer to hatch.
