Introducing my queen ant to a wild worker

My queen ant keep eating her eggs, so I decided to introduce her to a wild worker from the same specie, I thought that maybe by introducing her to a worker who will take care of her and her eggs she wouldn’t eat her eggs anymore, was it a good idea?
Specie: Formica fusca

Formica eats their eggs easily, so I would check on her very seldomly. Also I would remove the worker, as they will most likely will try to kill each other, and this will cause a lot of stress for the queen. Hope this helps you! ;)
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
