I'm pretty sure they knew it was illegal because when I explicitly asked if this was a queen from NJ he said yes.

I think I should also try to kick in venmo protection. Either it's not sansabeanus and the person lied about the ant, or it is sansabeanus and I should euthanize it.
I would like to know how he got a sab queen in Georgia.

And, I will tell you something, the USDA probably won’t do crap just because they have bigger problems. Best you can do is get him off GAN. What was his name? I know some NJ Antkeepers and let them know.
