building for ant enclosure
I am brand new to ants and maybe found a queen. I have been building a few structures for their enclosure. Is hot glue going to be safe for the ants. The queen I might be getting is a Lasius Americanus. I am 7 and my mom is helping me get everything set up.

Also, if you are shipping ants, make sure the seller has a permit.
And, a terrium setup needs to not be too large for a queen and a few workers, or else they will die. Also, you can move them into really any size terrarium with 100-300 workers. Just try to not put a single queen with some nantics into a 30 gallon tank or something like that.

Thank you. We found a GAN farmer near us through AntsCanada. We are just waiting to hear of she is available. I plan on purchasing the starter kit.
