Pogonomyrmex Rugosus questions..

So, are Pogonomyrmex Rugosus queens semi-claustral? Do I need to provide her with more than just water? Or is the normal test tube set up okay until her colony grows?

Also, this queen looks like a Pogonomyrmex Rugosus, right? I had some others ID some workers of a similar wild colony, just want to be sure. Midland, TX area, by the way.
