New keeper - New Queen

Hi all,

Captured my first Queen and have safely transferred her to a test tube set up. I am wondering if anyone can help me in terms of understanding if she has been fertilised or not.

She was captured 5 days ago and has been sitting undisturbed in the dark since then. I checked up on her today to provide a tiny drop of honey in her tube and noticed that she still has her wings.

I have linked some pictures that may or may not help! Any insight as to whether or not she is still likely to be settling down or would it be better to release her and try again?

Thanks!

We wont be able to tell until she starts doing more behaviors.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

She could be mated as her gaster seems big but it's not a 100% sure way to tell.
