Moving new ant queen

I recently captured an ant queen and I wasn't all that prepared to house her so for the time being I placed her in a water bottle with a cotton ball dipped in water and a cotton ball at the entrance to provide air. Afterwards I went on the site and ordered some test tubes for a proper set-up however, looking in today I saw that she had laid her first batch of eggs and I was wondering how I would go about moving her and her eggs into the test tube once I receive it. I have seen things like flashing lights into the place they are held currently and was wondering if something like that would work.

Yes that would work, you could also use heat.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
