How Frequently Should I Look For Nanitics?
By a stroke of luck, I randomly caught what I believe to be a Tetramorium Immigrans queen during one of my shifts at work. I'm keeping her in a dimly-lit closet, and noticed that 3 days ago she had laid eggs. I'm obviously excited by this, but I know that frequent observation can stress her out. I do want to feed the queen once the first workers hatch, but I can't check as much as I would like for them. How long is safe to wait before checking for the nanitics, without stressing out the queen?

Just check her once a week, pupae usually eclose in a week or two.
