Test tube question.

I'm a new ant keeper. I have two queens, I was gonna look for more. Am I looking for more.
Am I able to keep them in the test tube with the stoppers that have holes in them? Or it's better to use cotton?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "stoppers" but I'd just stick to the cotton. It's the old reliable option that so happens to be cheap.
