Pretty sure I caught two Tetramorium caespitum

Hey guys I'm pretty juiced today caught two Tetramorium caespitum, today! (on my bday none the less) I have them in separate test tube setups and was wonder what are some of the ways that I can mess up. Also wondering if I can pack cotton too tight?

Yes it is possible to pack the cotton too tight cause the queen to suffocate.
