Hey guys, new ant keeper here. I caught these guys at work. I have a pretty big collection of males and queens. There all huddling together but they still have their wings. What does that mean?

might be trying to keep warm idk.

I was thinking that too, but its over 90° here. I let them all go. It's turns out there's all from the same colony and unmated
