Hey guys, new ant keeper here. I caught these guys at work. I have a pretty big collection of males and queens. There all huddling together but they still have their wings. What does that mean?

They are probably infertile, did you find them at a nest entrance? If so they are not mated.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

I found them at my work. They were caught in an acrylic box. A mix of winged male ants and queens. Some were flying around in the area.
