I need some help with my colony please

Hi, after founding my colony, I’m going to move the colony to a bigger nest because the test tube is starting to mold. When I move the colony, does it still need to be away from vibration in a silent room or can it be placed anywhere while keeping the nest dark?

so if you are putting it in something like the ant tower then you can put it any where but if it going to be put in another test tube then just put it back to the closet.
