I just caught a carpenter ant queen on the day after a caught a Acanthomyops interjectus queen. :D

I believe Lasius interjectus is parasitic so unless you have the host lasius species she won't lay.
Keeping ants for 6 years now.

Current Species: Camponotus pennsylvanicus, Camponotus decipiens,Camponotus snellingi Solenopsis invicta,Nylanderia sp,Brachmyrmex patagonicus,Pheidole obscurothorax,Pheidole moerens,Pachycondyla harpax
