Fire Ant Queen Feeding?

Hi there, are fire ants claustral, or just semi-claustral? I noticed that my newly caught fire ant queen is tugging at the cotton.

I will also post a picture of if that helps.

Fully claustral. Some of my queens tug at the cotton before settling in.
