Ok so I recently bought a queen ant and she had a single tiny egg but now I can’t find it did she eat it or move it idk but I also wanna ask do I give her food whe she has larvae

You said the egg is small so it is probably hiding somewhere, but it could be possible that she did eat it. You do not need to feed them if they only have larva unless she is semi-claustral.
