Is The Exo Terra day/night a good light for keeping lasius neoniger?

lasius neoniger are nocturnal and I plan to keep them so will the exo terra day/night light be good for them and me?

I think any light would work unless you are keeping them in a terrarium. If they are just in a formicarium attached with an outworld, you can keep them in your room where the room lights will be sufficient for the lighting and naturally the lights would be off at night so everything will work out fine

camponotus compressus colony- the shadow warriors.
Pls just let me have a tetramorium colony
