How to build for giant ants?

So, I'm looking at building a setup for bull ants (genus Myrmecia). If you aren't familiar, they are huge, up to 40mm long. It's either these or some micro ant that are also everywhere around here, for some reason. And I already tried to keep a few micro ants for a few days to watch, but couldn't keep them in the container. There are medium ants, but I rarely see them around, so I'm doubtful about catching a queen on a nuptial flight for them. I'm just wondering if anyone can give suggestions on how to build something for giants?

No, I wanted to have a place for the colony first. I know of at least 7 nests nearby, including 2 right next to my 7 year old's school. I've also seen nuptial flights in the past from those nests, so I know when I can catch them too.
