Ants mysteriously lose these antennas

Hello, I have a rather strange problem I explain to you

I have a lasius emarginatus that I have been keeping for about 2 months, 3 days ago it has them its first worker and everything was going well, I fed them honey mixed with milk (apparently very nutritious) so I have my queen + a worker + several larvae

And then I check my ants and I notice that the worker behaves strangely and I notice that these antennas have become too short!

She has these antennas cut off but I have no idea why! How is that possible? What am I supposed to do?
These are my first ants.
Sorry about my English

Is it just the one ant? Could she have gotten caught anywhere? Or accidentally got her antennae glued to the side of the tube by the honey?
