When do Harvester ants have their neptual flight and are they a good spieces to keep

I happen to have 3 different colonies of Harvester Ants in my front yard and i would like to keep some of them but i don't know when they have their nuptial flight and how to get a queen

Queens fly now but in the afternoon.
