Found queen with eggs

We just found another camponotus queen under our tomato planter. She has been laying and has more than a dozen eggs already laid.

Should we capture her eggs with her if we're can do so without damaging them? Will she most likely eat these due to stress and start over? Never come across a queen that had already started laying.
