Lasius Niger workers dead

Hi,
I am new to ant keeping and it is not going too well so far. I got a Lasius Niger queen with about 6 workers last month. The test tube looked very wet so I moved them into the foraging area of a small ant farm. Since then one by one the workers have just died. There is now just the queen left. She does not seem to want to move out of the foraging area (or anywhere really) so she is just on the plastic. There is no sign of any further eggs and now no workers,
Any advice about what to do would be appreciated,
Thanks

feed her some food and then try the founding process all over again. If the test tube starts to flood again tape a new test tube to hers and they will move like wise if there is any danger.

Thanks for your reply Do you think it is necessary for her to move back into a test tube or is it possible that she will start to lay eggs again where she is?

she would feel more secure in a small and humid location, plus her brood need humidity and test tubes provide this easily.
