need help for ponera sp queen

I have a ponera so queen that i got recently and put it in a test tube setup with dirt in it. I have actually ever owned one of these ponera queens but never succeeded.any help would be appreciated.

Upon further research, the queen i got looked more like the pachycondyla sp. Anyone got any idea of how to take care of these ants?
