Any Help With My Tetramorium colony?

I have a Tetramorium sp. e colony, and they're not coming out of their nest into their outworld...
I own and keep a Tetramorium Sp.E colony, and have 7 unidentified sp.

They haven't come out in like a week, and I'm currently moving them into a new nest

Make sure the tubes are not too steep, as they are not good climbers
