I know, but believe me, it's going to have to happen at some point, so It's better to do so now before you have copious amounts of brood.

How would I feed them though the test tube setup? Would I need an outworld?

Yup. You would place the tube in the outworld. Then wedge a 1 inch piece of drinking straw in between the side of the tube and the exit cotton. This provides a nice cozy tunnel.

So the tube would be the nest and I would feed them in the outworld, okay. I will try to move her and her workers into the test tube setup and will let you know how it works. Thanks for the help!

Should I cover the tube so it is dark?

She left the tube though the tunnel and is in the outworld. She ran right out as soon as I put the tube in the outworld.

Then I would take the tunnel out for now just for a couple days to get her to settle down. Once she decides that the tubing is her nest, she won't want to leave. I normally don't recommend feeding inside of the tubes, But I think in this circumstance it is appropriate to provide a very tiny drop of sugar water in the tube.

I got her back in her tube. How would I go about giving her sugar water?
