Hello im Gabwar and i wanna make my first ant colony but i dont know which type of ant i should use.
I live in Guatemala and there is a type of ant that we call Zompopos de mayo also called Atta are they a good ant for a beginner or i should use a easier ant ? Plz tell me the type of ant i should use and in which season i should search a queen.

Not sure about the ants there but this link might help you figure out what species you have there. Being in a warm climate helps!
