Those are better. After looking at the hairs, and antennae, this looks to be Camponotus floridanus

Assuming you currently have your ants in a test tube, I would keep them in there. The visibility is impeccable. Them wait until they have over twenty workers. Your first photos are not loading forme, but jest because of the description she probably isn't a queen. The second one is most likely unfertilized, but I guess you can try.
