Are these ant's polygynous so I can keep multiple queens together?

So did she end up making it?

Is this Camponotus species polymorphic and do I need to feed the queen while she is raising her first ants?

Could someone please help me identify her she is small, black, and has yellow stripes on her gaster I can't get pictures up I don't have a good camera.
